1. Use of the App

Packwave provides packing list management and AI-driven packing suggestions. You agree to use the app only for its intended purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws.

2. User Accounts

While you can use Packwave without an account, certain features (like shared rooms and cross-device syncing) require an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Subscriptions (Packwave Pro)

Packwave offers an optional subscription ("Packwave Pro") that unlocks additional features. Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account. You can manage or cancel your subscription directly in your Apple ID settings at any time.

4. Intellectual Property

The app and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Packwave and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

5. Limitation of Liability

Packwave's AI suggestions are provided as helpful guidance, not guarantees. We are not liable for any forgotten items, travel mishaps, or damages resulting from your reliance on the app's lists. You remain responsible for ensuring you have what you need for your trip.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our app immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
